Blackwater Review aims to encourage student writing, student art, and intellectual and creative life at Northwest Florida State College by providing a showcase for meritorious work. Blackwater Review is published annually at NWF State College and is funded by the college.
The Spring 2009 issue is now available and can be purchased in the college bookstore.
The submission period for the 2010 issue is now closed. Check back in April 2010 for the next opportunity to submit your work.
