Certificate Program Admissions

Step-by-Step Admissions Guide

  1. Complete the NWFSC Application for Admission and Residency forms.
  2. Submit high school transcripts or GED diploma and transcripts from any previously attended post-high school institution. Applicants for the Applied Technology Diploma or certificate programs may be admitted to NWFSC without the standard high school diploma or GED high school equivalent diploma provided the program to which a student is applying does not require the high school diploma or equivalent.
  3. Complete a required New Student Orientation.
  4. Schedule an appointment with an NWFSC academic advisor to plan your program of study. See Associate degree admissions for details. Certain programs such as Law Enforcement, Corrections, Surgical Technology and Dental Assisting have additional admission requirements or may be limited access. Contact NWF State College for details.
